About the Position
We are looking for a self-driven director of operations looking to join a fast-growing technology company with experience in B2B SaaS. The director of operations will work closely with the CEO to execute the strategy, structure the organization, objectives and KPIs for following VC funding rounds. He will align all teams (sales, marketing, development, customer success) and optimize processes with each director.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and processes
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth with OKRs and KPIs
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of directors (Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
- Responsible for non-dilutive funding (grants, subsidies, banking..)
- Responsible for supervising accounting and finance operations with external accountant

Prerequisites
- At least +10 years of management experience
- Proven experience as Director of Operations or relevant role in a post series A startup
- Understanding of business functions such as software development, finance, sales, marketing, HR, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in fundraising will be a plus
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to design and implement new processes with great attention to detail
- Experience in Sales, Project or Product management will be an added advantage
- Fluent in French & English
